アニバーサリーケーキのご用命及びメッセージプレートのご用命、アレルギーや各種お食事に関するご対応、ワインご予約のお問い合わせに関しまして
日頃より当館をご愛顧頂きまして、誠にありがとうございます。
お嬢様、お坊ちゃまにお問い合わせに関するご報告がございます。
①アニバーサリーケーキのご用命につきまして
アニバーサリーのご用命はご来館の2日前18：00までにお申しつけくださいませ。
②アニバーサリーケーキのメッセージプレートにつきまして
アニバーサリーケーキに添えるメッセージプレートはご来館の2日前18：00までにお申し付けくださいませ。
※イラストをご用命の際は1イラストを2文字換算とさせていただきます。併せて20文字以内でお申込みくださいませ。
※過剰な要求にはお答えしかねる場合がございます。また、イラストに関してはご希望に添えない場合もございますので、あらかじめご了承くださいませ。
※使用人への直接的なメッセージはお断りさせていただきます。
③アレルギーや各種お食事に関するご対応につきまして
アレルギーや宗教上の理由で召し上がれない食材がある場合は、ご来館の2日前18：00までにお申し付けくださいませ。
具体的な食材を明示くださいますようお願い申し上げます。
誠に勝手ながら、ディナータイムご予約回での小麦アレルギー・グルテンアレルギーの対応、ヴィーガン、ベジタリアン、及びハラール対応はいたしかねます。
当館の都合でお嬢様、お坊ちゃまへご不便をおかけいたしますが、ご理解のほどよろしくお願い申し上げます。
また、ティータイムご予約回でも同じく対応には制限がございます。重ねてご容赦くださいませ。
④ワインのご予約につきまして
ワインのご予約につきまして、ご来館の2日前18：00までにお申し付けくださいませ。
諸事情により当館に在庫がない場合もございますのであらかじめご了承くださいませ。ご用意が整わない場合は当館より改めまして連絡差し上げます。
誠に勝手ながら、上記の通りご変更をさせていただきます。
各種お問い合わせの際は、必ず「お問い合わせフォーム」よりお願い申し上げます。
直接のメールでのお問い合わせにはお答えしかねますのでご了承くださいませ。
Regarding requests for an anniversary cake, ordering a message plate, handling allergies and various dietary preferences, and inquiries about wine reservations
Thank you very much for your continued patronage.
In response to the questions we receive on a daily basis, we have made the following new arrangements.
①Placing an Order for an Anniversary Cake
Place your order for anniversary cakes by 6:00 PM two days prior to your visit.
②Regarding the Message Plate for the Anniversary Cake
Please inform us of the message you would like on the anniversary cake by 6:00 PM two days prior to your visit.
Please submit messages within a limit of 20 characters. When requesting illustrations, each illustration equivalent to 2 characters.
Excessive requests may not be accommodated, and please note that we may not be able to fulfill all illustration requests.
Additionally, direct messages to the servants are not permitted.
③Regarding Allergies and Dietary Preferences
If there are ingredients you cannot consume due to allergies or religious reasons, please inform us by 6:00 PM two days prior to your visit. Let us know the concrete information of your allergies.
Regrettably, for dinner reservations, we are unable to accommodate wheat allergy, gluten allergy, vegan, vegetarian, and halal requests. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to our esteemed guests.
Please note that similar limitations apply to tea time reservations.
Your understanding is greatly appreciated.
④Regarding Wine Reservations
For wine reservations, please inform us by 6:00 PM two days prior to your visit. Please be aware that, due to various circumstances, there may be instances where we do not have the requested wine in stock. We appreciate your understanding, and if the requested wine is unavailable, we will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives.
We have made the following changes as mentioned above. For all inquiries, kindly use the "Inquiry Form" without exception. We regret to inform you that we are unable to respond to inquiries sent directly via email. Thank you for your understanding.
